The Davis Family

Brian and Michelle Davis are the Envision NYC site coordinators. Their family transitioned to NYC in 2017 after working in Senegal for nearly a decade. They traded lots of sand and lingering hours sipping tea and talking with neighbors for the fast-paced city life with West African immigrants who live in two worlds...America and their home country. These days they can be found teaching ESL, sharing chronological biblical stories with interested individuals, developing interns & immersion teams, and enjoying the diversity of NYC.

The Bamogo Family

Jacques and Andrea Bamogo are Envision NYC site associates. Their family moved to NYC in 2022. Originally from Burkina Faso, they have great opportunities to connect with the West African immigrants in NYC.

Jacques and Andrea Bamogo joined the Envision NYC team in 2022. Originally from Burkina Faso, they came to NYC to serve West African immigrants and develop leaders for cross-cultural service. In Burkina Faso, Jacques was a geography teacher and then a director of a school while Andrea worked as a nurse in several settings. Jacques graduated from Crown College with a degree in pastoral ministry. They moved to NYC with their 5 children. They love building relationships with their neighbors in the Bronx and dream of a church planted in their neighborhood someday.

We work with many ministry partners who work among their ethnic community in NYC. For their security and privacy we cannot list them even though they are an integral part of our team!
